[edit] History

[edit] Arklay Mountain Incident

Although not directly involved, Tori along with the rest of S.T.A.R.S. Charlie Team were to be deployed soon after Alpha and Bravo if neither reported back twelve hours after Alpha's deployment. Fortunately for Charlie Team, what was left of both Alpha and Bravo reported back early the next morning, all of them having tales of unbelievable proportions. Although Tori was initially skeptical as the rest of the force was, she decided to believe the remaining S.T.A.R.S. member's stories due to her deep friendship with Jill Valentine. As the surviving members of Alpha and Bravo(excluding Brad Vickers) tried to get their point across, Tori decided to help them. Soon afterwards though, the S.T.A.R.S. were disbanded and while all other members of Charlie team were placed in the newly formed S.P.F., Tori was fired along with the survivors of the Mansion incident.

[edit] Raccoon City Outbreak

Prior to outbreak, Tori, along with the other surviving S.T.A.R.S. members decided that they would be taking the fight to Umbrella and planned to go to Europe along with the others. Before going along with them, she attempted to gain the trust of civilians within Raccoon and tried to get them to assist her or flee. While most of civilians refused to leave their home because of some story, some civilians listened and left Raccoon due to the sudden outbreaks of cannibalistic people that had begun. Unfortunately, when the police had brought the situation under "control", some of these civilians returned. Over the next few days, the police lost control and those who wished to flee she tried to help. The U.S. Army though was deployed around the city and set up barricades and successfully quarantined Raccoon.

On September 28th, Tori decided it was time to leave the city by any means necessary. So, armed with a Browning-Hi Power Pistol(she's lost her Samurai Edge the previous day), she headed out. Along the way, she met up with U.B.C.S. soldier, Alex Ivring. Initially, she was distrustful of him due to his working for Umbrella, believing that he knew what was going on and was trying to help cover Umbrella's ass and quickly left his company. Later, after being rescued by the U.B.C.S. member though, she reluctantly accepted his help and the two made their way toward St. Michael Clock Tower. Fighting their way through hordes of undead and creature mutated by the T-virus, the two made it to the train tracks before being attacked by Nemesis for the first time.

The creature surprised both individuals and instantly attacked Tori who was nearly brought down by the creature's strength. Luckily for her, Alex made the creature turn it's attention to him and managed to defeat it with a grenade. After this, Alex earned a little bit of true trust from Tori and the two continued forward. Eventually, after fighting numerous B.O.W.s, shambling undead and other mutated creatures(as well Nemesis a few more times) they reached the Clock Tower where they rang the bell and were rewarded by the sounds of the approaching helicopter. Unfortunately for both, the helicopter was blown away by Nemesis who was now armed with a rocket launcher. In anger, Tori attacked Nemesis with the weapons she had at her disposal and even though she was nearly killed, she managed to chase the creature away with Alex's help.

The duo then barricaded themselves(so to speak) inside of the Clock Tower where they sat hopelessly for two days, growing very close and sharing many of their life stories. On October 1st however, Alex told her about a secret Umbrella facility which was close by, located behind a park. filled with new hope, the two gathered what supplies they had and made their way for the P-12A Incinerator Facility or Dead Factory. As they crossed the bridge to the facility however, Nemesis, mutated heavily since their last encounter, attempted to attack them once again. Alex selflessly threw himself and the creature over the side of the bridge and into the river below. Tori, although deeply saddened by the loss of her friend, continued into the facility, not willing to let Alex's sacrifice be in vain.

Luck was not on Tori's side however, as the Nemesis located her inside of the facility and proceed to hunt her down. She lost it a couple times very briefly, but eventually the monster chased her into the disposal chamber where the door locked behind them. Tori decided then and there that she was going to end this once and for all and escape - or die trying. Due to her lack of weaponry, strength and morale, Tori was overpowered during the fight. Tori finally felt the hopelessness of the situation hit her as she was thrown against one of the disposal chamber's walls, her weapon sliding away from her as Nemesis closed in for the kill. But just as she had excepted her death, Alex appeared and blew most of the S.T.A.R.S. hunting Tyrant away with a rocket launcher. She then grabbed her pistol, exited the room and activated the disposal system, dumping what remained of Nemesis's body into the dissolving fluid.

As Tori and Alex made their way toward the helicopter he had found, the duo encountered two problems along the way. The first was Nicholai, who surprised the two and blasted Alex with his rifle. Tori then shot the U.B.C.S. supervisor down and Alex, who had acquired a bullet proof vest from a broke down Humvee, luckily survived the incident with only large bruises and welts. And the second problem, was Nemesis once again. Mutated beyond a humanoid shape, it attacked as a blob of mass, unwilling to let Tori live. The two blasted away at the blob with everything they had left as they made their way toward the helicopter. Along the way, Tori stumbled across a giant rail cannon. Not willing to escape without settling the score, she activated the cannon and blew Nemesis away, finally putting an end to the monster's life.

Finally, Tori and Alex climbed aboard the helicopter, Alex piloting the machine into the air and out of the city just as the bombs from Mission Code: XX came and blew Raccoon City off of the map. Soon afterwards, they landed at a nearby temporarily set-up military base where they were tended to and vowed that they would do everything they could to help bring Umbrella down.

[edit] Umbrella's North Star Facility

As planned, Alex and Tori joined an Anti-Umbrella unit alongside Chris Redfield, Jill Valentine, Barry Burton, Rebecca Chambers and many others. When they discovered a soon-to-be-open Umbrella Facility known as the North Star Facility, Tori personally volunteers to go in alone as an undercover operative. Alex initally tries to convince her not to go alone, but to no avail. When the former U.B.C.S. operative realizes he can't change her mind, he makes her promise that she'll call for help at the first sign of danger so he can come first thing. She agrees, but know that she'll only call if things get desperate.
